My passion for business and product design started in high school, where I launched a small pastry business determined to change the way my classmates snacked. I offered pocket-sized pastries as a healthier alternative to our school’s typical concessions. The combination of product innovation, branding, and a solid business model made the business a quick success. By my third semester, I was able to buy my first car and pay for my first year of college, where I shifted my focus to fashion design.

That early experience sparked a deep passion for design, business, and service, which has taken me on an incredible journey across the globe. From studying in the fashion hubs of Florence and Milan to gaining experience in New York City and South Korea, I’ve immersed myself in diverse cultures and industries. These experiences helped me refine my understanding of user motivations, global market trends, and human-centered design.

Fast forward to today, with over 15 years of design experience under my belt, I’ve grown into a leader in user experience and human-centered design. Currently, I serve as the Manager of UX Research and Design at CAQH, where I lead multidisciplinary teams to reimagine healthcare solutions for providers and organizations. My focus is on creating intuitive, research-supported products that solve real problems, improve accessibility, and deliver measurable impact.

I’m driven by a commitment to making a difference through design. Whether it’s mentoring teams, aligning cross-functional efforts, or tackling complex challenges with creativity and strategy, I’m passionate about building experiences that are both meaningful and transformative.
